Location: Hybrid, Working from our Portsmouth Office. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our future growth plans and long-term success within our Sales function.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and productivity by creating and implementing sales training, content, tools, and processes. The successful candidate will align with our sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand and define sales enablement needs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding new sales representatives and continuous education.
- Create and maintain sales collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, and competitive insights to enable the sales team.
- Implement sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.
- Facilitate strong communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on company goals and strategies.
- Identify and share best practices across the sales team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales training and content.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRMs
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
