What You will Be Doing:  

• Reporting into the COO, you will be overseeing the day to day management of HR in the company, including the management of a team of 2 HR professionals. 
• Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement people solution
•  Implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
•  Provide people analytics and HR metrics to support effective people related decision making
•  Ensure employee relation cases are managed in a timely, professional, and legal manner
•  Optimise our HRIS and procedures ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Lead the performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures

What You will Need

• An ambition to manage your own team
• Proven experience in a high growth Company
• People oriented, and results driven 
• CIPD level 5 or above and or equivalent experience  
• Logical and analytical thinking style
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Exceptional knowledge of employment law
• Great IT skills with experience of MS Office applications
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
• Ideally degree educated in Human Resources or related field.
