Lead Forensics supplies B2B SaaS software solutions to companies, providing them with the power to identify who is viewing their websites and generate quality sales leads. The Operations and Volunteering Executive is responsible for supporting the Operations and People & Talent team with the day to day administrational tasks and organisation of all volunteering and charitable activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to;
- Being the general ‘go to’ person in the office
- Various administrative tasks; reconciling payments and receipts, maintaining spreadsheets for office activities
- Based in our Portsmouth office, welcoming interviewees and visitors
- Managing the hot desk booking system
- Managing stock levels for kitchen refreshments across the UK/US
- Daily checks in the Portsmouth Office (kitchens, meeting rooms, gym etc)
- Managing office contracts (cleaning, water systems, card access system)
- Assisting the Operations Manager with various operational projects
- Providing support to the Senior Leadership team when needed
- Finance administration (purchase orders, expenses, Amazon Business)
- Support with company events and department incentives
- Assisting the People team with the new starters
- Booking travel requirements for all areas of the business
- Help us to create volunteer experiences that are professional, rewarding and have a lasting impact.
- Provide administrative support and management information to track the success of our volunteering activities
- Liaise with Charities to establish an annual calendar of volunteering events for employees to participate in both the UK and US
- Promote and communicate the volunteering opportunities across the business
- Promote and communicate volunteering opportunities through SharePoint

- High attention to detail as the role manages confidential information and requires accuracy when maintaining records
- The role requires problem solving skills to handle issues that arise. A fundamental skill needed to be successful in the role is improvisation when necessary and to identify the source of a problem
- Have outstanding organisational and time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively
- You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships; internally and externally with charities and partners
