As a Social Connections Executive, you will be self-sourcing suitable prospective leads via LinkedIn for the USA Market either working 09:00 - 17:30, or 11:00 – 19:30, Monday – Friday to suit. As the person responsible for generating business, speed and accuracy are imperative, along with good spelling and grammatical skills. Using your own initiative is necessary, as you will at time need to converse with prospects answering questions and queries to ensure an enquiry is received. You will be driven and excited by the business targets. You will naturally possess a strong sense of ownership for meeting your targets – tracking performance and naturally approaching your role with an entrepreneurial mind-set to ensure the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business targets are always achieved. The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for innovation; enjoy working in a cross-matrix structure and driving business results. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • To confidently audit, verify and make a judgement on whether a business meets the criteria to be added to Lead Forensics database as a partner • Meet speed and accuracy targets • To understand B2B and B2C definitions • Possess good product knowledge WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE, YOU: • Are target driven and Efficient • Have experience with using Microsoft applications / CRM / LinkedIn (preferred) • Are a balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work, every day • Have experience of working to KPIs • Possess the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. • Have great attention to detail • Strong communication skills, notably being able to explain value propositions to identified key decision-makers. • Ability to handle objections and conversions. • Have a demonstrated ability and the self-motivation to be able to excel within an environment of change.
