Our team is over 400 people strong, across our UK and US offices and we’re still growing. Lead Forensics provides B2B SaaS software solutions to companies, providing them with the power to identify who is viewing their website and generate quality sales leads. We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to work across the group, identifying and generating cross-sell opportunities from existing customers for group products. - Experience in B2B sales/ Customer facing roles is desirable.
- Organized and with a methodical approach
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Commercial mindset, this is not a tick box exercise, you will need to be able to actively adapt and respond to the demands and challenges of a client
- Confidence when talking and presenting to a variety of stakeholders
- Eager to learn – you will need to learn all the Lead Forensics group products as well as the key benefits of each.
- Cross-Functional - You need to be comfortable working across multiple departments and winning the hearts and minds of your colleagues.
What you will do
- Identify opportunities within our customer base that would benefit from other products from the Lead Forensics portfolio
- Work with the Customer Success team on identifying the most suitable opportunities for cross sell, creating a plan and timeline of meeting the prospect
- Schedule calls to meet with clients and update them on services and products within the group.
- Set meetings between clients and relevant sales teams.
- Ask thought provoking questions to build credibility and relevance.
- To ensure that valuable information regarding each client is communicated with the salesperson, you will capture all essential information and share it with the sales team. This can help salespersons to make customized recommendations to each client and explain how a certain product may benefit them by using specific examples captured through conversation.
