Social Media Consultant - Full Time

SUMMARY

An opportunity has become available to work in the Brand and Communications team of one of the UK’s leading groups of SaaS companies.

If you’re excited by the idea of telling the story of Lead Forensics on our social channels, then we’re looking for you to join us.

You’ll be responsible for increasing our brand followers and sentiment on social media. You’ll engage with the wider team to create relevant posts and work with our internal brand ambassadors as well as external influencers.

As a direct report to the Brand Awareness Manager, you’ll be an important member of the team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, and with an unrelenting desire to succeed. You’ll have a positive, and inspirational mindset, always looking to improve with an ability to positively influence those around you.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Grow the Lead Forensics social footprint – improving reach and sentiment
• Create ‘best-in-class’ content that highlights our people, industry and product
• Schedule relevant and meaningful posts that add value to our audiences
• Showcase the people behind our brand with relevant professional humour
• Engage the wider team to help them to create personal brands and turn them into effective brand ambassadors
• Work with key team members to move them towards brand influencer status
• Bring in and work with third party influencers and collaborators to increase our reach by creating compelling content for our audience
• Encourage our team to meaningfully interact with our posts to increase our reach
• Report on relevant metrics to measure success
