An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious, proactive, and driven Online Performance Executive to work at one of the UK's leading group of SaaS companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Website Outreach

• Proactively opening conversations with live website visitors, reaching each visitor within 10 seconds of them landing on the site.
• Confidently approach each conversation with a trial or demo offer in mind.
• Input leads correctly whilst seeking the relevant information required and communicate with it to wider team quickly and effectively.
• Respond to queries with a customer centric approach.
• Excellent grammar and spelling.

Team support

• Update and communicate daily trackers.

Support wider digital team with other website channel optimisation.
